How do I join the Minecraft server?
To join our server, launch Minecraft and go to the Multiplayer section. Click "Add Server" and enter our server address: play.nomercymc.org. Then, click "Done" and select our server from the list.
I purchased an item but didn't receive it in-game
Items should be delivered automatically within a few minutes of purchase. If you haven't received your item:
Reconnect to the server
Check your in-game inventory or /crate menu
Verify your Minecraft username in your profile
If the issue persists, please submit a support ticket with your order details.
How do I reset my password?
