Circumstances for Refunds

Technical Issues

  • If an item fails to deliver due to a technical issue on our end.
  • If an item does not function as described on our store.

Double Charges

  • If you were charged multiple times for the same item due to a payment error.

Service Unavailability

  • If our server permanently closes or the relevant game mode is removed within 30 days of your purchase.

Refund Exclusions

Refunds will not be issued for the following reasons:

  • Accidental purchases
  • Dissatisfaction with an item that functions as described
  • Unauthorized purchases made from your account (ensure your account is secured)
  • Server changes or updates that affect the value of a purchase
  • Temporary server outages or maintenance
  • Being banned from the server for rule violations (purchases remain with your account)

Refund Request Process

If you believe you qualify for a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Include your Minecraft username, order number, and purchase date.
  3. Clearly explain the reason for your request and attach any supporting evidence.
